How to handle Stress

How to handle stress.

Most of us don’t know how to handle stress. If you’re like most people, you lead a busy life in an increasingly noisy world. As a result, you move quickly through your day, distracted and disconnected from yourself, those around you, and even God.

If you feel like peace can be hard to come by, or you’ve searched for lasting change but can’t make it stick, join us for a different type of faith and fitness challenge: Project Stress Relief.

We’re not going to ask you to move more, count calories or hustle for traditional fitness goals. Instead, we’ll learn how to find joy in quiet, hear the voice of God better, and embrace being still instead of resisting it.

We’ll spend 21 days learning the habit of mindfulness in a scripturally-based, Christian context. We’ll focus our attention on learning how these simple practices can lead to lasting change in our lives. Each day you will receive a short Biblical-based written devotional, a quick video teaching, and a practical experiential activity such as breath-work, meditation, or a gentle stretching flow. By the end, you'll have lots of practical tools to help you find

  • More peace

  • Decreased stress, anxiety, and depression

  • Better decision making

  • Increased energy & stamina

  • Boosted immune system

Join for ANY tax-deductible donation before sign-ups close on September 15! We start on September 19! If you want to be a part of a Discussion Group and End of Challenge Celebration at The Ranch of Hope Reins please send us a email that you joined.
