We will dig in and work with you to figure out what is working and what is not working for you. We partner with you to identify contributing factors such as relationships, your environment, your sleep, your health and even your diet. We don’t believe that one size fits all so we will work hard to find out what is the best solution for you. Your voice, your thoughts and ideas matter to us. When you cannot find the right words we may suggest outside reading, homework or even art therapy. We will help you get unstuck.
