Soft Skills in the Workplace

With our focus on remote communication, you may find that your team lacks the basic soft skills necessary for good relationships with customers and teams members whether in person or remotely. This program will help your team learn to communicate more effectively even in frustrating situations. Research shows the improving the soft skills (Emotional IQ or EQ) of your team will help your business grow. Since 90% of communication is nonverbal, horses are great instructors in clear and respectful communication. The Ranch of Hope Reins Pavilion
Location
Team Building Events in the Chicago area are held at The Ranch of Hope Reins a 501c3 Nonprofit located about 40 minutes west of O’Hare Airport. The Ranch is located on 20 acres on rolling hills with beautiful oaks, pine trees and shagbark hickories and maples. The Ranch has indoor and outdoor facilities, a pavilion, gazebo, two ponds, beautiful walking paths and of course a herd of full size horses, one mini donkey and one mini horse.
